When a payment is not sufficiently made, can the user make it again and have it credited correctly

In general, users are advised to pay in full at one time, however, multiple payments are usually credited correctly to merchant's account!

When the order expires, the user's payment can't be associated with the order, but the payment will be processed into merchant's account balance, and merchant can check it in the transaction record by inputting the Txid of this payment.
